It was so special to capture these At Home Newborn Photos for Tessa and Mike earlier in January this year. It seems though that Willow had a bit of competition at the end of the shoot! The infamous George Catstanza, one of their furballs, was certainly showing off for the camera.
After we had taken some lovely photos in Willow’s nursery I had to change the lenses on my cameras. I suggested to Tessa and Mike they head into the living room where the light was nice and I would catch up with them. A few minutes later I was greeted with such a funny scene. I could not stop giggling for a solid minute. On the couch Tessa was cradling Willow and Mike had George in the very same position! It was even funnier when revealed this was not done on purpose but came naturally. I love it when my clients are so relaxed that they are able to truly be themselves in front of the camera.
At Home Newborn Photos – All the Details
Are you wanting photos to reflect that very special time when your baby first comes into your lives? There are a lot of different styles out there but I like to reflect your life as it was when bubs made their appearance.
Do you like looking back on your own baby photos? Which photos are you drawn to most? Are they the photos that show what life was like at the time – the fashion, the decor, and the connection? I find telling this story is very important in the years to come.
My sessions usually last about an hour and a half but I am flexible with feeding times and if things don’t go to plan. I can just hang out with you for a little bit so you don’t have to stress about a time limit. Edited high resolution images are provided on USB (or eco-friendly download) and an online gallery. You do not have to choose a handful of favourites from the gallery, you receive all the edited images. I guarantee a minimum of 75 and the majority of my clients receive more than 100 images. Your memories are not being held to ransom, that is not how I do business.
