Natalie & Nathan’s Western Sydney Backyard Wedding with sunset dance!

Doughnut cake, country-look portraits and adorable kids!

You will not want to miss this beautiful and intimate family-oriented western Sydney backyard wedding. The first dance was perfectly timed as the sun set over the Blue Mountains. The warm tones lighting up the sky was so magical.

Natalie and Nathan worked hard to put together this wedding for 30 of their closest friends and family. Nathan finished their new backyard and entertainment area just in time. It all came together wonderfully on the day. The fire pit space for guests to relax and enjoy some pizza later in the night was appreciated!

What stood out about this wedding was how much Nathan adores Natalie and their little boy Logan. Many lovely moments were captured with Nathan helping to get Logan ready and then during the first look with Natalie. A special unity ceremony was performed to bring all three kids together (Nathan’s two girls too) by using a key each to lock a heart-shaped locket. The locket is then kept as a sign that they are now one family. The keys were then tied onto balloons and released. It was a very sweet idea to include all three kids in the ceremony.

After the first look, we headed to Tench Reserve to capture some photos for just the two of them. I remembered Natalie telling me that Nathan likes to be silly to make her laugh. So I have added some of the ‘silly’ faces during the shoot as well as the romantic faces! You can really see how much Nathan adores Natalie in the way he looks at her. Just have a look at the photos and you will see…
