I think there is always the possibility of getting amazing photos in a three-minute wedding photoshoot! Because anything is possible right?!
Melina noticed this gorgeous temple in the days leading up to her wedding in Bali at a neighbouring resort. She noticed it because some of her guests were staying at the resort. Therefore I scouted out the spot and suggested we should do the photos after the wedding day as the light was best in the morning, not the afternoon. I also asked their concierge if it was OK to take photos there and they said it was fine. We had found a hidden treasure for their wedding photos and I was super excited!
After the wedding day, Melina and Henrik got dressed up in their wedding attire and we made a quick trip to the amazing Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa. It was a very hot morning and a taxi was the best way to get there. After we got past security the taxi driver told us he only had 5 minutes. There was no time to wait for another taxi as we had to get back to Club Med for the second part of the shoot in the Zen Pool before 9 am.
We patiently waited for the other photoshoot to finish up, it is a popular spot at 8.30 in the morning. We ran quickly to the temple to get our quality three-minute wedding photoshoot! I think we did quite well, what do you think? This is only a small selection of what we captured and it was certainly a lot of fun. I always say quality over quantity, especially in high humidity 😉
