Olivia and Fredrik’s Fun Maroubra Beach Wedding

A Sydney summer beach wedding sounds perfect to those who are experiencing the cold dark winter of Sweden. Olivia and Fredrik live in Gothenburg and because they have lived in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney they decided to have a Maroubra Beach Wedding. Many friends and family travelled for the event. Olivia and Fredrik wanted Sydney to put on a great weather display for its international visitors. And it so happens, we were not disappointed!!!  The Wedding Day was a beautiful and very sunny all day. The beaches were packed and everyone was so excited and happy to be seeing each other after a long time.

The wedding had elements of both cultures as Fredrik is Swedish and Olivia is Australian. I loved that just before the dancing they played the ‘shoe’ game which left everyone in hysterics!  The dancefloor was never empty as everyone partied into the night.
